QueryMaster ("the service" or "QueryMaster") is provided by QueryMaster ("we") to you ("you") under these terms and conditions ("terms of service"). The free trial is available only once per person.
Terms
Only one person may use QueryMaster per account. You are not allowed to share access to QueryMaster with others.
You must register providing complete, accurate and current information about yourself.
You must be 13 years of age or older to use QueryMaster.
You may not use QueryMaster for any illegal purpose.
You are responsible for your interaction with other users of QueryMaster.
You are responsible for content you post to QueryMaster including information in your profile, comments, and private notes.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
Payments and Refunds
A valid credit card is required to register and pay for the service online.
Offline payments via check, money order or payment order must be made out to "QueryMaster" and mailed to:

Accounts will be activated only after payment is received. We are not responsible for payments lost in the mail.
The service is billed in advance on an annual basis and is non-refundable.
The service will automatically renew on an annual basis and the credit card on file will be charged until you cancel your account.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial years of service or unused accounts.
We do not collect any taxes on your purchase. You are responsible for payment of any sales, use or other tax that may be required by your state.
Your Content
You can contribute content to QueryMaster in a number of ways, including your profile, private and public comments. You can remove your profile and notes from the service at any time. You should carefully consider the information you post in public comments since these cannot be edited or removed. By contributing comments, you agree to allow others to view and share your content, and to make this content permanently available via the service.
Your content is yours. We make no claim on the information that you contribute to the service. You are solely responsible for the content that you contribute to the service.

Liability

Cancellation and Termination
You are responsible for canceling your account. You can cancel your account from the My Account page at any time. Once you cancel your account there will be no further charges. Your account and all your information in the service is deleted immediately upon cancellation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason. Termination will result in cancellation of an account. We reserve the right to refuse access to the service to anyone at any time for any reason.
